This group was highly requested from our current families to provide a sense of community as you navigate challenges that may occur. Group topics will be discussion based and allow families to reflect with one another, along with provide guidance to other Bridges families. Content is fluid based on the needs of our parents and hope to make this an inviting and exciting experience for all.
This group was created to help aid the transition into ABA therapy for families who recently received an autism diagnosis or have not had previous experience with this therapy. Many parents have expressed to us that this is overwhelming, and we want to have resources available to make this easier. Content will review the core concepts of applied behavior analysis and provide general recommendations for strategies that could be effective for you and your child.
